The Federal Court (Trial Division) has allowed PSAC's judicial review against a decision by the Canadian Human Rights Commission not to deal with one of our complaints. Read the latest pay equity Bulletin.

The PSAC's challenge of the government's practice of taxing the interest payments received as part of the pay equity complaint settlement is being heard starting January 18 and continuing until January 20, 2005. The hearings are open to the public. They will be taking place in Ottawa at 200 Kent Street, 3rd floor, starting at 9:30 a.m.

On July 29, 1998 the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal released its decision on the PSAC's fourteen year pay equity complaint. The decision, currently under appeal by the government, is a major victory for current and former PSAC members,
